I’m also neurodivergent and discovered my spiritual path after experiencing extreme burnout from living with undiagnosed ADHD. For years, I misunderstood my brain, body, and spiritual connection to the universe. Through energy work, spiritual practices, and therapy, I found profound healing and growth, though my brain often struggled with traditional ways of connecting to spirit. Over time, I learned to accommodate my neurodiversity and develop a spiritual practice that truly worked for me.
